Who We Are
K.T.Richards Construction Company, Inc. is a family owned and operated union company for 20 years in the Chicago land area. Rick, the owner started K.T. Richards Construction Co. in 2000. Rick was working as a union carpenter for various companies and was President for a major carpenter contractor for 15 years before K.T. Richards Construction Co. was established and he has continued to support union carpentry for over 47 years.
When he first established the company, we primarily worked in residential carpentry and then we then expanded into the commercial carpentry industry.
We’re more than a contractor, we’re a business partner. We’re focused on building lasting relationships with our clients.
